Return Policy
- You decided to change your mind
We provide a 7 day return policy in case you change your mind. Therefore, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item to us for a full refund or exchange if you’re not happy with it. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned goods must be in their original shipping packaging, be unused, brand new, and come with all parts and accessories. We will return returned items to you after you pay for a redelivery if we do not receive them in brand-new condition.
Shipping charges for returns are not refundable.
- The item arrived broken or with parts missing.
Every order leaves our warehouse undamaged and in brand-new condition. If your item arrives broken or with parts missing, we will be happy to replace it for you (or, if we run out of stock, give you a complete refund) and cover the cost of return shipping if you need to send the item back to us. If you incur any shipping charges, kindly email us a copy of the receipt.
After your order is delivered, you have two business days to file any claims for damaged goods. As soon as you receive your order, you should open it and let us know right away if there is any damage. Please take photographs of any damage and email them to us before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier and warehouse.
- The item is defective.
Your purchase is automatically covered by protections under South African Consumer Law that are not subject to exclusion. All of our products come with a complete manufacturer warranty.
If your product is found to be faulty, please contact us for guidance on the appropriate procedure to have the issue resolved under the manufacturer warranty. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions, we will either repair or replace the item for you (or, if stocks are exhausted, issue a refund), excluding original delivery costs.
