By settling this invoice, in whole or in part, you consent to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as those available on our website. These terms and conditions take precedence over any prior agreements between you, the customer, and Trans AfricaBushGear(referred to as “we.” Trans Africa Bush Gear retains the authority to modify the website (www.shop2bush.com) and these terms and conditions at any time.

ORDERS

  1. By settling all or a portion of this invoice, you acknowledge that the invoice is accurate and valid.
  2. Estimated dispatch times are included in the “notes” section at the bottom and reflect the information available at the time of the order; email notifications will be sent to provide updates as they become available.
  3. Should any items from your order be unavailable, we will reach out to you via email.

PRICING

  1. Trans Africa Bush Gear maintains the authority to decline or annul orders for products that are advertised at inaccurate prices or contain incorrect information. In such cases, the item may be removed from availability.
  2. In the event that a credit note is issued, it is the customer’s obligation to inform Trans Africa Bush Gear regarding the desired application of the credit note, as credit notes will not be automatically allocated to other orders.

SHIPPING

  1. Trans Africa Bush Gear reserves the right to alter shipping rates, delivery methods, and shipping carriers to any location at any time.
  2. Although we strive to achieve prompt delivery, we can not be held liable for any delays in the shipment or return of products.
  3. In the event of delivery delays, it is advisable to contact the freight provider directly for the latest updates.
  4. If customers opt to arrange their own shipping, Trans Africa Bush Gear accepts no liability once the products have departed from our facility.
  5. By signing for the shipment, you acknowledge that the goods received are undamaged and in working order.
  6. The responsibility for checking the packaging for any damage or missing components rests with the recipient prior to signing for the shipment.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

  1. Upon receiving your order, you are required to examine the goods for any damage or defects within a period of 2 business days. Claims for transport-related damage will not be considered after this timeframe. If you or your agent transport or collect the goods, the responsibility for inspection prior to further transportation remains with you.
